By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.

Services Provided
- Field Rentals: We provide online booking services for football field & two padel field rentals at multiple locations across Valencia.
- Extra Services: Additional services, such as ball rentals, bibs, and referee services, can be arranged for an extra fee. Bibs & referee services are subject to availability.
Booking & Payment
Booking Process: All bookings must be made through the Website. Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
Payment: Payments for field rentals and any additional services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments via major credit cards as indicated on the Website.

How to cancel: To cancel a booking, contact us via email at hola@valenciafieldrental.es or WhatsApp/phone on +34 603 704 119, including your booking reference number. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Extra Services
Dressing Rooms: At the fields, you have the option to use the dressing rooms (in some cases for an additional fee). If an extra fee applies, this can be booked during the booking process.
Use of Lights: The use of lights may be required when booking a field in the evening. It is the responsibility of the user to add this additional service to the booking when making an evening rental that requires lighting. Failure to do so may result in the field not being lit during your session.
Use of the Fields
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations governing the use of the football fields, as provided by the venue. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in your booking use the facilities safely and responsibly.
- No Alcohol or Food on the Field: The consumption or presence of alcohol, food, or beverages on the football field or its immediate surroundings is strictly prohibited, including sidelines and spectator areas. Violations may result in immediate removal and potential penalties.
- No Glass Items: For safety reasons, no glass containers or objects are allowed anywhere within the sports facility. All drinks must be in non-breakable containers. Broken glass poses a serious safety risk and will lead to immediate consequences, including fines and potential suspension of future bookings.
- No Violence or Aggressive Behaviour: Physical violence, verbal abuse, or any threatening behaviour towards players, referees, spectators, or staff is strictly prohibited. Any act of aggression may result in immediate suspension of play, removal from the premises, and potential legal action or permanent banning.
- Respect Booking Time: Users must vacate the field immediately once the booking period has expired, including packing up equipment. Failure to comply may result in additional overtime charges or denial of future booking privileges.
- Appropriate Attire: All individuals must wear appropriate sports clothing. Playing shirtless or in inappropriate attire is not allowed. Dressing rooms must be booked in advance if a changing space is required.
- Respect for Staff: Respect and cooperation must be shown towards all facility staff and local personnel. Any acts of disrespect or aggression towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of your booking, fines, and a permanent ban.
- Cleanliness: The field and surrounding areas must be kept clean at all times. Users are responsible for disposing of trash in designated receptacles and leaving the field in the same condition as found. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fees or bans on future rentals.
- Safety & Responsibility: All users are responsible for the safety of themselves and others while on the premises. Injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions must be reported to staff immediately. Deliberate actions that endanger others will result in removal and possible legal consequences.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment resulting from vandalism or misuse by you or any participant in your booking. Any costs for repairs or replacements may be charged to you.
Liability
Personal Injury: ONDA F.C. S.L. will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by you or any participant in your booking while using the fields or associated facilities, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Property Damage: ONDA F.C. S.L. will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal property brought to the venue.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
